Application Submission:
IECMH Family Associate, Family Specialist & Family Reflective Supervisor applications are OPEN submission. Submit anytime!

IECMH MHS & MHM - application submission DEADLINES: Only MHS and MHM applicants need to take an exam to become Endorsed.

  • SEPTEMBER 6th, 2024 to be considered to sit during the December 2nd - 6th EXAM WEEK.
  • 2025 dates TBA

2024 Exam schedule: during the weeks of December 2nd - 6th, 2024; 4-hour slot (8-12a, or 12:30-4:30p), Virtual
Once your application is submitted and reviewed with approval to sit for the exam, the Endorsement Coordinator will be in touch to schedule your exam date. 

IMH Case Discussion Group:  Available to professionals who are in the process of applying for MHS or MHM-Clinical Endorsement®. Progress on their application needs to be almost complete to participate in the IMH Case Discussion group. This group is in preparation for the exam.

You are joining an international group of professionals who have chosen to earn the Endorsement credential as a way to demonstrate specialization in the infant-early childhood mental health field. Endorsement was developed by the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health in 2002 and is now used by 38 state IMH associations and 3 international associations. Each of those associations is a member of the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health.

Through the Alliance, this means that your Endorsement is recognized in each of those 41 associations.
